Jim was content.
Most of her crew had gotten the shore leave they so desperately needed, finally; she herself wasn't planning on participating, seeing as how she had some work to catch up on, but she was assured that the planet was entirely beautiful and peaceful - all in all perfect for the crewmember in need of some rest.
She was halfway through a stack of PADDs when Uhura informed her Dr. McCoy was calling from the planet; she pushed them aside for the moment and prepared to fend off another attempt to get her to beam down.
"Yes, Bones?"

And she laughed, suddenly, releasing all that tension built up from need to get everybody back up to report myself unfit for duty. "You know, if you want me down there you shouldn't make jokes with a set-up like that."

True to her word, Jim transported in a few minutes later, looking mildly irritated (mostly to hide the nagging feeling that this could be very, very bad). "Bones?"

"What in the blue hell--" he stopped, rising up to walk over to the bar. How ironic that was to appear considering his latest thought. "Jim?"

She tugged on the door, and it opened easily. "Let's see if there's anything worthwhile in here."
